We’ve had a great World Book Day today in Year 2. We have been collecting our own data based on whom our favourite fairy tale character is. We recorded the data in a tally chart and then made a pictogram to show our findings. Great fun! Everyone looked fantastic in their costumes. Well done to all involved.
On Friday the Nursery children had a lovely day celebrating Chinese New Year. We watched a special dragon dance on the white board, tired hard to use chopsticks and created some fabulous dragons. Can anyone remember what colour is lucky?
After lunch Mrs Moss cooked a fabulous stir fry for us all to taste.
Hope you all have a fabulous half term with your families.

Gong Hei Fat Choy everybody! The children in Reception learnt lots about Chinese New Year and even had a taste of China with noodles in soy sauce. We made Chinese dragons, lanterns and wrote special fortune messages to our family. Can you remember what is special about the colour red?
Two super star boys this week, George Coulthard and Rowan Johnson. Well done !
