John Muir Award Club – Stanley Head Visit

Easy Blog Photo
This morning the children who are part of the John Muir Award club had lots of fun working together and problem solving taking part in activities at Stanley Head. The group will be working hard, alongside Miss Bowden from Stanley Head, on an exciting project to improve the woodland area at the bottom of the red ash. To kick start the project everyone got to know each other this morning at the centre. It was cold but lots of fun. The campfire was just what we needed to warm up whilst we ate our lunch!

How pleasing to see everyone working together as a team- the best way to make sure that the job gets done. I would imagine that the camp fore was very well received at the end of the activities- just the thing to warm everyone up!
